Parish and school groups may reserve rooms for meetings or events by completing the Reservation Request Form found under Documents on this page and submitting it to the parish receptionist. All events are subject to approval. Events hosted by school groups must be approved by the principal.
Community groups or individuals planning an event not associated with a ministry of St. Austin are welcome to contact the parish office to inquire about holding meetings in our spaces. Your request will be evaluated by our business office based on space and staffing available to accomodate your request and by our ministry staff based on your organization's appropriateness to our mission. A small fee to cover the cost of energy consumption and/or custodial services may apply.
All reservation requests must be submitted no later than one week in advance. Because space is limited, last-minute reservations are discouraged and may be denied. Changes to approved reservations must be made no less than one business day before the event.
