Sunday Tacos & Basketball Recap - Feb 3, 2023

This Sunday, our K of C council will be cooking breakfast! Come by the Ministry Center after the 8:45 a.m. Mass on Sunday, February 5 to enjoy more World Famous breakfast tacos ($2.50 ea.) from the Knights of Columbus. Good food and socializing guaranteed!

Last weekend was a busy one for the Knights. On Saturday the Council had 7 members conduct the Basketball Free-Throw Competition in the gym at San Juan Diego High School. Ten hoopsters (6 boys, 4 girls, ages 9 - 11) of St. Austin Catholic School gave it their best shot from the foul line. Top scorers were Thomas with 9 and Gia with 8. All competitors, parents, and Knights had a good time. Also that morning, four other Knights assisted with food preparation and traffic control for the Rally for Life event at St. Louis King of France Church.

But that's not all, coming next week we'll honor our Clergy and Religious with an Appreciation dinner on Tuesday and this week we'll be involved in our Parish Service Day. Learn more about the Council and membership information by contacting Paul Lewis at 512-302-4722.
