Construction Updates for the Week - July 7, 2023

Parish East:  

Passed Final fire pump test. Electrical passed the final TCO (temporary certificate of occupancy) inspection. Kebony deck going in on 21st Street. Pushing for fire alarm and mechanical final inspections for Monday (pending water meter installation/activation). Alleyway concrete was placed yesterday, with concrete curb/gutter work for 21st Street scheduled for tomorrow. The placement of street lighting infrastructure is ongoing in Guadalupe. Courtyard irrigation work starts tomorrow, with hardscaping and benches to follow.  Tracking mid-August for courtyard completion. Expecting new furniture deliveries to begin next week.  Many interior activities are currently solely focused on prep work necessary for obtaining TCO.  LVT flooring is being installed in 1st-floor classrooms.

Parish West/Tower: 

No updates this week!  We are very focused right now on getting Parish East to TCO!
