Council Awards

The Knights of Columbus in Council 10776 thank the many St. Austin parishioners who turned out for Fr. Jimmy’s welcome receptions last weekend. We are certain everyone enjoyed the food and fellowship as we welcomed our new pastor (and fellow Knight). In addition to the other great food offerings, our free, award-winning, World Famous breakfast tacos, about 240 of them, were consumed as fast as we could make them!  No leftovers -Thank you!

Award-winning tacos? More precisely, the funds raised by our taco sales during the year help us to carry out our fraternal mission and for that reason they are “award winning.” We received two such awards from Supreme at our meeting on September 4^th. Pictured below is Grand Knight David King accepting the Columbian Award, given for Faith In Action program excellence, and the Founders Award for promotion of K of C fraternal benefits.
