What Happened Recently:

Abatement work is complete in the school and gym and work has now shifted to facilities on the east side of the alley.
Deacon’s door will NOT be removed. We'll protect it in place with rigid insulation topped by plywood.
Alley work, including installing new conduit will be complete by November 23 with the exception of the tree removal.
Oak tree removal will likely not take place earlier than first week of December.
The temporary gas meter has been installed on Guadalupe in front of new lobby. Hensel-Phelps will check to see if Texas Gas will improve the “temporary” line patch in the sidewalk to achieve a smoother finish to the sidewalk.
Austin Energy turned power off at the gym and will return to complete that process at the main school building.
