Change Can Be Beautiful

We've walked with Mary this week, a teenaged girl so filled with grace that there was no room for the faintest stain of sin. She was invited to change. Her “yes” made possible the impossible and moved her into the unexpected – an angelic visitor, an unexpected visit to her cousin, who was unexpectedly pregnant. Later, half the world away, Our Lady made another unexpected visit to work a most unexpected miracle through a humble man. Juan Diego is drawn far out of comfort to meet with a bishop, to convey Our Lady’s appeal. He accepts his commission and the world changes.
