St. Austin is pleased to welcome parish ministries and school groups to meet in our new facility.
Please learn more about our ministry spaces and check the room availaibilty before submitting your requests below.

Can be split into two rooms
- Each room seats approx 20 at tables
- Combined room seats approx. 50 at tables.
Features- Interactive Panels in each room
- Drop-down screen and ceiling mounted projector (requires laptop with an HDMI output).
- Opaque and translucent window shades.
Booking Instructions- Be sure to request both 507-A or 507-B if you want both rooms.

Policies
When arriving in the space:
- Turn on all lights by pressing Zone 1 button on the wall.
- Room temperature can be adjusted slightly by 2-3 degrees.
- Push the + or - button to adjust. Tables can be configured to your needs.
- If you need to move a table out of the way, pull the bar underneath the table to flip it up and then roll it to the desired location.
- Please do not tape anything to the walls or windows.
- Use the white board and magnets to hang information or signs.
Marketing and Directions:
- To request event information to be promoted on our various print & media platforms, please submit a request to the Communications Director submit a request
- Use the magnetic clip on the door frame to hang an information sign outside the room. No signs may be taped to walls or windows.
- Easels are available upon request if displays are part of your event.
- The cost of repairing any damage to parish property will be the responsibility of the group making the reservation.
Before leaving the space:
- Wipe down and clean tables. Cleaning supplies are in the tall cabinet in the Kitchen. Place all chairs under the tables.
- For Paulist Hall, please confirm with the Facilities Manager if the room needs to be put back in the configuration for school lunch.
- Place any trash in the trash can.
- Clean marker boards if used.
- Turn off TV and other AV devices.
- Raise the screens (if in Hecker) Put the remote on the TV with velcro.
- Turn off lights by pressing the Zone 1 button Close blinds (if in Hecker Hall).
- Connect wireless keyboard and mouse to chargers (St. Phoebe/OLG).
- Leave the door to the room open.
