Children's Faith Formation

Are you called to servein the faith formation of children & youth?  

• Is there a particular class or age group that you feel called or prepared to teach?
• Do you have experience or education that especially equips you to teach a certain age level or topic?
• Are you willing to learn more about our Catholic faith as you prepare to teach?  
• Can you commit to this ministry for the year (25 classes from August through May)?

Not ready to teach? Here are other ways you can help!

• Safety monitors to help protect the children on Sunday mornings
• Substitute Catechists
• Hospitality coordinators to set-up and tend special events' receptions throughout the year
• Chaperones for Youth events

St. Vincent de Paul, Thursday Outreach, and Gabriel Project are currenly looking for a few volunteers to begin in the new year. Possibilities include administrative tasks, sorting donations, assistance calls with neighbors in need, and accompanying Gabriel Project families through pregnancy and early childhood. People who are fluent in Spanish are especially needed. A few opportunities are in-person and most are virutal. 

All volunteer positions require Ethics & Integrity in Ministry (see button above) compliance before you can begin being considered as a volunteer. Please contact Kristen Dempsey Pasyk for more information AFTER you have completed your EIM application and training (or renewed your training if it has been more than 3 years since your last training date).
