6:30 a.m.- 8 a.m.Check In/Set Up. Please pull up to the welcome station on San Antonio St (at the yellow dot on the map) to check in. We’ll confirm your booth location before unloading. All loading activity will use the big gates on the west fence line on San Antonio St and must be completed by 8 a.m. unless special accommodations have been arranged with Mitzi. Please do not wait until the last minute to arrive, even if you have a quick setup! Parish volunteers will be available to assist with load in, but we only have one hour to have everyone in place.
8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Doors open to the public. Free coffee will be available to vendors at the concession stand.
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.Break down/Clean Up/Check Out. All break down and clean up activity must be completed by 6 p.m. Our Boy Scouts will be available to help you with check out. Please be patient and plan accordingly!
Merchandise & Marketing
This is a family event. All messaging and merchandise must be appropriate for audiences of all ages. Please avoid items with obscene gestures, nudity, anti-religious, etc. None will be allowed AT THE EVENT or on the sites to which we link from our website.
Space
Only one table and two folding chairs will be furnished. Please bring your own table covers, decorations, signs, pens, etc. Be festive! No supplies will be provided by the Parish.
Tables are 6 ft x 30 in. Two metal folding chairs will be supplied for each vendor.
Free-standing displays must fit within your allotted space.
Please furnish a sign identifying yourself to attendees. .
All vendors must clean their space and return it to original condition at the end of the Christmas Bazaar. Trash cans and recycle bins will be provided. We’ll also provide each vendor with a small bottle of hand sanitizer.
First-Aid will be available at the check in/welcome table throughout the day.
Money
All vendors will sell their own products and handle their own money but we encourage use of online platforms. Please come prepared to make change for customers. St. Austin’s has been cashless since mid-March. Parish. Chase Bank and University Federal Credit Union are within walking distance of the Parish.
Parking
ALL vendor vehicles must park in the parking garage.The parish parking garage is at 500 W Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The entrance is on San Antonio St. The parking garage will be free all day. See the garage in orange on the attached map.
Food & Drink
Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the Christmas Bazaar. Our Knights of Columbus serve homemade food, and will have canned sodas, bottled water, and coffee available. Complimentary coffee will be served to vendors on Sunday morning.
Please keep drinks in closed containers to limit spills.
Kitchen facilities will not be available to vendors. If you need access to a refrigerator or microwave for medical needs or for an infant/toddler who will be with you during the event, please let Mitzi know ASAP.
Identification
All persons working your space must wear a name tag. If you do not have name tags for your business, we provide generic Christmas Bazaar name tags.
